With every successful payment, you can provide customers with a digital receipt (text message) or a printed receipt.

    • SMS – Available from Version 0.0
    • Email – Available from Version 0.5
    • WhatsApp – Coming Soon!
  • Printed Receipts
    • Bluetooth Print – Available from Version 0.4

You should enable SMS permissions and have a valid SMS plan for the ShopOwner app to be able to send SMS receipts from your phone.

If a customer doesn’t receive a text message receipt, one or more of the following may have occurred:

  • The customer doesn’t have a valid text messaging plan.
  • The customer’s phone carrier has blocked the text.
  • The customer has a restricted phone number.

In these cases, you can always try re-sending the receipt again by going to the receipts history (instructions below).

Resend Digital Receipts

You can always resend a receipt to a different phone number or email address at any time from your ShopOwner app by following the below instructions.

  • Menu –> Receipts
  • Swipe left or right to find the right receipt
  • In the receipt, use SMS button to re-send the receipt

Reprint Receipts

You can also reprint a receipt at any time from your ShopOwner app by following the below instructions. You should have a bluetooth printer (supported printers) configured with the app to be able to print.

  • Menu –> Receipts
  • Swipe left or right to find the right receipt
  • In the receipt, use the Print button re-print the receipt
